About Antrim Dog Park This free council dog park beside the Antrim Forum, at Lough Shore Park, is one of two dedicated dog parks run by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. It has separate areas for large and small dogs and seating for owners. The site rules are displayed on the gates. About Glenarm Castle Dog Park This fully enclosed grass dog park is on the Glenarm Castle estate. You collect the key from the Welcome Centre when you arrive. It is open daily from 10am to 4pm, and the last slot starts at 3:30pm. Slots are shared by default. If you want the park to yourself, for a reactive or nervous dog, book all the spaces in your slot. Afterwards there is a complimentary dog wash and a puppacino at The Potting Shed. Castle members get free entry for up to two dogs. Booking Book a slot online through the castle website. About Grove Park Dog Enclosure Grove Park Dog Enclosure, in Grove Playing Fields off York Road in north Belfast, was Belfast City Council's first off-lead dog enclosure, and the council reported in 2018 that it was well used. It is free with no booking, so expect to share it with other dogs. Go in from Jellicoe Avenue. The park gates open at 7.30am, and closing time varies with daylight through the year.
