About Run Free Dog Fields - Perth

Run Free Dog Fields Perth is a secure dog exercise facility located just past Scone Palace, north of Perth. Part of the established Run Free network, this location offers two separate fields - Scone Field and Tay Field - both available for exclusive hire so your dog can run off-lead in complete safety.

The Fields

Scone Field is the smaller of the two, ideal for a more contained exercise session. Tay Field is the larger option, offering more space to run. Both fields feature screening between them so dogs can't see into adjacent fields, reducing distractions and stress for reactive dogs. There are no livestock near either field.

Both fields feature 6ft high fencing dug into the ground to prevent even determined escape artists, giving you complete peace of mind.

Each field is equipped with:

Secure parking (8 spaces total across the site, with dedicated parking for each field)
Enclosed unloading area for direct car-to-field access
Shelter for weather protection
Picnic table
Fresh water provided
Poo bags supplied

The enclosed fields are perfect for nervous or reactive dogs who struggle around other dogs, those with unreliable recall needing safe off-lead practice, puppies and rescue dogs building confidence, or simply energetic dogs who need space to run. Getting There

From Perth, take the A93 following signs for Scone Palace. Continue past the Palace and through Old Scone. The fields are on the right before you reach the Cross Tay Link Road, opposite Balboughty Farm.
