About Smeaton Dogwood

Smeaton Dogwood is a unique enclosed woodland walk on the Smeaton Estate near East Linton, offering a secure and stimulating environment with spectacular views over the East Lothian countryside and Traprain Law.

The Woodland

A stretch of woodland approximately 2.4 acres (400m long and 30m wide), surrounded by 6ft high secure fencing. The woodland is deliberately kept 'wild' - the kind of natural terrain dogs love most. To the north, the Dogwood borders parkland home to Highland cows.
